Site work and renovation of a civil project in Seelyville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement of filter media, installation of a gas chlorine scrubber system and concrete pad, rehabilitation of two glass-lined bolted steel ground storage tanks, installation of 22,000 feet of 6-inch water main, and relocation of 60 water service lines. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Question Deadline 09/24/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: Bidders shall submit all questions to the Engineer in writing via email to Conner Shipley, P.E. (cshipley@hwcengineering.com). At this time no further questions will be answered, or changes made to the documents. A final addendum, if required, will be issued on Friday, September 25, 2026. 10% participation for minority and women owned businesses and 3% participation of veteran owned businesses for construction or purchase related contracts for the work.
