General Scope of Work: The Air National Guard has a requirement for remodeling of 10 bathrooms, replacement of 4 water fountains, the replacing of all the carpet and the installation of a raised floor in two communications closets all located in Building 1502 at the 187th Fighter Wing. This project is estimated to take five months. 3. Description of Work: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies , facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items needed to renovate building 1502 as defined below and in accordance with attached drawings (26017_Bldg 1502 Finish Upgrades_ARCH): 3.1 .
