The Owner has selected three (3) Offerors from the Offerors who submitted SOQ for the Project described below to submit Proposals pursuant to this REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ("RFP"). By submitting a Proposal, the Offeror represents that it has carefully read the terms and conditions of this RFP, including all attachments and addenda, and agrees to be bound by them. The City of Dunedin reserves the right to accept such bids/proposals, as are in the best interests of the City, to waive informalities, or to reject any oral bids/proposals. Bids/proposals which are incomplete or which are not submitted in accordance with the instructions may be disqualified.
