Removal and Installation of 140 City-Furnished Decorative Street Light Poles and Fixtures The City of Martinsburg maintains green decorative street lighting throughout Downtown Martinsburg that supports pedestrian visibility, traffic safety, emergency access and the appearance of public streets. The City plans to contract with a qualified and licensed electrical contractor to remove and replace all existing green decorative street light poles within the downtown project area, estimated at approximately 140 poles and fixtures, using City-furnished replacement poles and fixtures. The City is seeking a contractor whose experience, equipment, staffing, licensing and financial capacity will provide timely and effective completion of the Work.
