Building demolition and tree removal. Scope of Work 1. Demolish and remove the residence located at 514 Garza Road. 2. Remove the propane tank from 514 Garza Road. 3. Remove the red barn, secondary structures, dog kennels, and pump house from 514 Garza Road. 4. Remove all interior fencing and fencing materials. The perimeter fencing shall remain. 5. Remove three smaller secondary structures from 516 Garza Road. The loafing shed, main structure, and white accessory building shall remain. 6. Remove the existing concrete trough. 7. Remove all abandoned irrigation supplies and materials Do Not Remove: Main structure at 516 Garza Road Loafing shed at 516 Garza Road White accessory building at 516 Garza Road Scope of Work Trim trees away from the main residence and remaining structures. 2. Trim desirable interior trees to provide a minimum of fourteen (14) foot vertical clearance. 3. Clear undesirable underbrush from the alley and trim trees as necessary to promote healthy growth. 4. Trim vegetation along the driveways serving 514 and 516 Garza Road to provide clear access, including: Minimum fourteen (14) foot vertical clearance for established trees. Approximately six (6) feet of horizontal clearance from the edge of the driveway where feasible. Removal of undesirable vegetation along fence lines along driveway 5.Remove hackberry and other undesirable or invasive trees and brush throughout both properties. 6. Remove undesirable vegetation from open yard areas on both properties. 7. Remove invasive vegetation, brush, and trees from the Garza Road right-of-way and drainage areas extending to the edge of the roadway. 8. Remove undesirable brush and trees along the interior pasture fence line and the property line separating 514 and 516 Garza Road. 9. Trim vegetation along exterior fence lines to provide a minimum of fourteen ( 14) foot clearance and remove vegetation extending onto neighboring properties. 10. Remove existing vegetation and brush piles. 11. Remove diseased or decaying trees and vegetation.
