Paving and drainage improvements consisting of removal and replacement of existing pavement with new concrete, removal and replacement of site wall with standing curb, installation of parking bumpers, valley gutter, concrete bollards, downspout boots, and storm sewer pipe with associated site erosion control. The Catoosa High School Drainage Improvements project consists of paving and drainage improvements to the northwest corner of the Catoosa High School building. Approximately 11,150 SF of existing pavement will be removed and replaced with new concrete pavement. Forty-seven feet of site wall will be removed and replaced with standing curb. Eight parking bumpers will be removed and replaced, and a 194-foot-long valley gutter will be added along with five concrete bollards. Two additional downspout boots will be added along with storm sewer pipe that will daylight into the valley gutter. The successful bidder will be responsible for site erosion control, removal of existing paving and site wall, installation of the new site paving improvements and storm sewer, and any additional work-related aspects of this work order.
