Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Catoosa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a restaurant; and casino.
Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC. is seeking proposals for the following work at Riff's Bar, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, 777 W Cherokee St, Catoosa, OK 74145: - Removal of old bar top - Replacement with a stone bar top. No specifications on stone. Mandatory pre-bid meeting at Riff's bar. Bidders must make their own measurements, and all questions will be answered at that time. Bidders are required to submit bids on their own customary quote sheet and include a Certificate of Insurance (COI) as provided in the documents section. All bids are due by the deadline. Late bids will be rejected. It is intended that if an acceptable proposal is received, the selected firm will be notified in writing, and winning bid(s) will be published. The owner reserves the right to issue one award, multiple awards, or reject all bids. All bids are subject to negotiation prior to award. Awards may be issued without discussion, and bids should be submitted on the most favorable terms from price and technical standpoint. A bid should indicate hourly ($) rate (when applicable), individual work effort, and delivery schedule or time of completion. Any items with exceptions, substitutions, exclusions, additions, or qualifications must be clearly indicated in the bid. This procurement is subject to Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) regulations, including a fee of half to one percent of total contract award and, if applicable, completion of a TERO Labor Agreement and payment of associated fees. TERO bidders must provide a copy of their TERO certificate with their bid. This requirement may also be subject to Cherokee Nation Gaming Commission (CNGC) policies and procedures. Licensing requirements may apply and are to be coordinated with CNGC. CNE generally requires payment and performance bonds for construction contracts in excess of $100,000, but TERO-certified firms are encouraged to bid regardless of bonding capability. By submitting a response, the contractor certifies they are not debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by any federal, state, local, or tribal entity. No contractors or subcontractors of any Cherokee Nation entity may contract with any business owned by a first degree relative of any elected official of the Cherokee Nation.
