Myers-Cherry Construction will receive subcontractor and supplier bids on behalf of the owner for the Catoosa Public Schools Twist Center Renovation, located at 2000 South Cherokee Street, Catoosa, OK 74015. Bids must be submitted before the stated deadline. For bids exceeding $50,000.00, a bid security in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond amounting to five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each proposal. Bids received outside the specified time frame will not be accepted or considered. All site visits must be scheduled with the construction manager. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Bidders are required to notify in written form (mail, fax or email) Myers-Cherry Construction seven days prior to bid day and time of any questions or concerns they may have about the bid and design documents. If a bidder has no unanswered timely and properly submitted question of record prior to bid day and time their bid will be assumed to be complete and include all work required to create a total functioning Bid Package. And shall further act as evidence they found the design documents adequate to accurately bid and construct the work without requiring any subsequent monetary change orders. SCOPE OF WORK: The Work in each of the Divisions and Sections of these Specifications will include all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and miscellaneous items required to fully complete all Work shown or called for including any Work reasonably implied and required to complete that called for, with the exception of those items which are specifically noted as not being included in the Contract (N.I.C.).
