Site work for a golf course in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
Question Deadline 09/22/2026 at 12:00 PM CT If the Bidder is in doubt as to the interpretation of any part of the Bid Documents, or finds errors, discrepancies or omissions from any part of the Contract Documents, he must submit a written request for interpretation thereof not later than seven (7) days prior to opening of bids to the Park District. Address all communications to candell@ahpd.org at the Park District. Remove and dispose approximately 675 linear feet of existing fencing, including all wire fencing, wood fencing, and fence posts. Work to take place along the Northeast side of the course (from Central Rd to Magnolia St) Furnish and install approximately 825 linear feet of 6' tall, black, 'Michigan Style' metal fence. Furnish and install a 4' access wide gate within the fence. All debris to be removed from site and disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Install new fencing according to specifications and according to manufacturer's guidelines and local ordinance codes. All labor and mobilization to be included in pricing. Site to be free of debris and construction materials upon completion.
