Transport milled materials at the specified location Remove all road and shoulder gravels down to subgrade taking care to not disturb the existing water main infrastructure below Reconstruct the roadway by the placement and compaction of subbase and base aggregate materials, placement of geotechnical fabric, and then the placement and compaction of base and seal asphalt Place and compact shoulder material Remove and replace existing guiderail as shown on the drawings Remove and replace 2 existing storm catchbasin chambers with new 1500mm structures with double top covers on each catchbasin Install a new 600mm Checkmate UltraFlex inline check valve from Red Valve on the existing storm outfall on Rue LeBlanc Street Install a new sanitary sewer line, manhole, and redirect sanitary sewer flow on Rue Grande Pre All work must be performed in accordance to the Village of Memramcook Standard Municipal Specifications A layer of bituminous tack coat must be applied between each lift of asphalt concrete. All work must be performed in accordance with NBDTI Standard Specifications for Highway Construction Supply and installation of WMA-D, at a thickness of 40 mm placed at a rate of 0.09 t/m2. Supply and installation of WMA-B, at a thickness of 100 mm placed at a rate of 0.24 t/m2. Lifts shall be no thicker than 100 mm. Blend into existing driveways, parking areas, and streets. Restoration of project site to original condition or better Supply of all shop drawings The system shall be delivered as a complete and fully functional installation.
