Located between Schlipf Road and Morton Road, the project is a new three story junior high school consisting of 199,265 square feet of new construction within the Johnson Development, Grange Community, in Waller County. Additionally, the site improvements to the project will incorporate new athletic fields suitable for tennis, basketball, football, soccer, marching band, and track/field practice activities. Project will include all scopes for a new ground-up Junior High School. GMP 1 only includes Earthwork, Utilities, and Steel Fabrication - all other scopes will be bid at a later date. All proposers are required to maintain compliance with all OSHA Standards and will be responsible for designing any required special shoring systems.
