PART A Work covered by these Technical Specifications is entitled "Clearing & Grubbing to Serve Latitude Galveston Bay Phase I " for Minto Communities Texas , LLC for the Benefit of Galveston County Municipal Utility District No. 60, Galveston County, Texas. Description of Work. a. b. Under this Contract, Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for the construction of the Work as described in these Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. The completed installation shall not lack any part that can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning or any subsidiary item that is customarily furnished, and Contractor shall deliver the installation to Owner in operating condition. The Work, in general , under this Contract includes the purchase, installation, and construction of all structures, equipment, and materials, including appurtenances, as indicated on the Plans. Major items of construction and services required are designated as follows: Furnish and install all subsidiary items as necessary to complete the project; (1) Clearing and Grubbing of designated areas; Removal of existing entities and other miscellaneous debris as directed by the engineer; Onsite burning or off-site disposal of cleared and grubbed material; and Clean-up project area upon completion.
