The City of Emeryville ("City") is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms and consultant teams to provide on-call Engineering Design and City Engineer support services for the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP), private development coordination, and related public works initiatives. The selected Consultant will provide services on an as-needed basis through task orders issued by the City. The City anticipates entering into an on-call professional services agreement with one qualified firm or consultant team to provide timely and cost-effective Engineering Design and City Engineer support services for public infrastructure projects, for an initial three-year term, with the option to extend the agreement for up to two additional one-year terms, at the City's discretion. Question Deadline 09/22/2026 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
