Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work includes the installation of the pump, motor, and pitless adapter; process piping, valves, and all appurtenances; well and piping disinfection; 12-inch diameter ductile iron water main; sample piping and sink connections; Well Station 3 architectural and structural modifications; painting; fencing; concrete pads; replacement of the existing roof system of the GP2 Well building; surface restorations; instrumentation and controls; SCADA integration; excavation and backfill; environmental controls; well decommissioning and abandonment; permitting coordination; and demolishing, legal disposal and installation of new HVAC and electrical equipment. The work includes hazardous waste removal and site cleanup.
