Description

Site work and renovation of a library in Seekonk, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 14,800-square-foot library; and for site work for a library.

To retain the services of an Owner's Project Manager (OPM) to represent the Town of Seekonk's interests in managing the process of design through construction close-out for the construction/renovation of the Seekonk Public Library. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for Design Services is Underway Request for Qualifications the Town of Seekonk is Issuing a Request for Qualifications (Rfq) and in Doing So is Seeking the Services of Qualified Firms/individuals to Serve as an Owners Project Manager and to Represent the Towns Interests in Managing the Development and Construction of the Seekonk Public Library Renovations in Seekonk, Ma Proposers Must Have, or Be Firms Employing a Person With, a Current License and Registration by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an Architect or Professional Engineer, With a Minimum of Five (5) Years of Experience in the Development and Construction and Supervision Thereof, or if Not Licensed as Described, Then Seven (7) Years of Experience in the Development and Construction and Supervision Thereof. Renovation and reconfiguration of the existing 14,880 sq. ft. library building, addressing infrastructure, accessibility, and space needs. The project is not a new build but a substantial upgrade to the current facility.
