The City of Springfield Massachusetts (the "City" and/or "Owner") through its Department of Parks, Buildings & Recreation Management ("DPBRM") is seeking bids from qualified firms to enter into an agreement for improvements to Gerrish Park which includes installation of sediment & erosion controls, earthwork, installation of sediment & erosion controls, earthwork, installation of owner-furnished site furnishings, timber guardrail installation, restringing of existing flagpole, landscape improvements and tree plantings at Gerrish Park, 308 Walnut Street, Springfield MA 01105. Site preparation , clearing and, grubbing Demolition, removal, and disposal of existing miscellaneous concrete material and lawn area. Acceptance, assembly, installation of Owner-furnished site furnishings.. Restringing of existing flagpole. Excavation and backfill. Cement concrete paving. Landscaping The contract has an estimated value - ($ 75,000.00).
