Bid is Cancelled Yuba County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to restore the ceilings in the B and C pod at the Yuba County Jail, located at 215 5th Street, in Marysville. This work is subject to payment of prevailing wages under Labor Code Section 1720 et. seq . and 1770 et. seq., which require the payment of prevailing wage rates and the performance on certain "public works" and "maintenance" projects, as defined by the Prevailing Wage Laws, and if total compensation is $ 1,000 or more, contractor agrees, to fully comply with such Prevailing Wage Laws, as applicable.
