Generally Described As: Material Verification Of Approximately 150 Water Service Lines Within The City Of Gillette, Including Excavation, Identification, Backfill And Surface Restoration The City Of Gillette Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids QA date - 9-18-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing or in such a manner as specified by Special Provision. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda via Online. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Question Deadline a. Questions shall be received until 5:00 pm, Monday, September 21, 2026. b. Submit all questions via email to Leland Fabel at Ifabel@wwcengineering.com c. An addendum containing the Pre-Bid Meeting Minutes and responses to submitted questions will be issued by Friday afternoon, September 25, 2026.
