Description

Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.

CAM-PLEX will construct a reinforced concrete floor within Barn No. 2 and may award two exterior slab alternates. The work includes survey and layout, excavation and surplus-material disposal, subgrade preparation, Grade W base, vapor retarder, reinforcing steel, formwork, cast-in-place concrete, thickened slab edges, joints, testing, finishing, and closeout shown on the stamped drawings. The finished interior will support CAM-PLEX storage operations and loaded forklift traffic while preserving a clear center drive-through. This document contains project-specific scope only and is intended for incorporation into the CAM-PLEX Labor and Materials Contract and Bidding Document. Question Deadline 10/02/2026 Submit all questions about the specifications to the CAM-PLEX Executive Director in writing. The Campbell County Public Land Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items specified in the bid request.
