Construction of approximately 7 miles of paved multi use trail, widening of State Highway 159 to provide additional turn lane width, reconstruction of the Moenkopi and Blue Diamond Mesa parking areas, and installation of grade separated under crossings along State Highway 159. Work is located within a highly environmentally sensitive conservation area and includes embankment construction, roadway aggregate placement, asphalt concrete pavement, precast reinforced concrete box culverts (14 feet x 10 feet), and mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) wall construction. Relevant experience includes roadway and trail construction with similar scope, specifically multi use trail construction, highway widening, parking area reconstruction, and grade separated under crossings in environmentally sensitive areas. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
