The City of Laramie (hereafter "City" or "COL") will accept written submittals for the Casper Aquifer Well Network Monitoring Program. The City of Laramie is seeking qual-fied firms to implement and man-age a Groundwater Monitoring Well Network Program that provides a long-term systematic approach to monitoring the Casper Aquifer for water level and chemistry data through routine monitoring well sampling. Questions related to this RFQ shall be directed to Ben Levin, Natural Resource Program Administrator, in writing via e-mail to blevin@cityoflaramie.org,no later than 4:00pm, local time, on September 25, 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
