Preconstruction and construction services for the demolition of the Admin Building. The CM shall provide all labor, materials , equipment, supervision, engineering, demolition, abatement, disposal, protection, temporary facilities, coordination, and other services necessary to complete the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents. The California State University Administration Building Demolition Project consists of the demolition of the existing Administration Building complex (9 Floors Building) located at California State University, Los Angeles (Cal State LA). The Project will be delivered using a Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. The existing basement Data Center and associated infrastructure are to remain operational during and following demolition of the Administration Building complex. The first-floor structural slab immediately above the basement Data Center will remain in place to protect and maintain the continued operation of the Data Center.
