Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Mount Washington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
Construction of a garage building. Garage Building Specifications The building's location is a former rock quarry and will be sitting on solid bedrock The approximate size of the building is 64 ft wide x 30 ft deep x 14 ft high walls Building should include (3 ) 12 ft wide x 12 ft tall overhead doors and ( 1 ) standard man door (exterior and metal). Building should consist of 6-inch-thick concrete floor with 4x4 grid 3/8-inch rebar situated on 4 inches of gravel The west (front) side and the south side of the building's facade should consist of Maxbric (Lee Building Products material). The north and east sides of the building shall consist of standard concrete masonry block. o Building should include 6-inch gutters along the two long (64 ft) sides of the building as well as 6-inch downspouts o Scissor roof trusses should be 4-6 feet on center 40-year metal roof with roll insulation to comply with the city's existing facilities (City Hall, Fick Hall) colors, including downspouts and gutters (materials to match as closely as possible). Excavation and preparation work for the facility. All electrical needs will be handled by the city. Conduits to run beneath the concrete floor into the building at predetermined locations and stubbed out at least 3 ft from the building exterior. o No HVAC will be necessary Must meet current Kentucky building code and be ADA compliant.
