Renovation of a municipal facility in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replace the greenhouse roof at the Hilo Repository. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to complete the greenhouse roof replacement in accordance with the Statement of Work and project requirements. Questions shall be submitted via email to tony.taylor@usda.gov and are due no later than September 17, 2026, at 9:00 am Hawaii Standard Time. Location: Hilo Repository, Hilo, Hawaii. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0183 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Greenhouse Roof Replacement Hilo Repository. See SOW for more information. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 236220 The small business size standard is $45 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
