Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions : Sep 21st 2026, 2:00 PM PDT Project A - MADISON HEADSTART CAMPUS DEMOLITION Project A scope of this project involves the complete demolition of all buildings on the Madison Early Learning Site to include the following: Main Building, and Gazebo - 16,500 SF (Including Hazmat Removal) - Breezeway - 1,000 SF (No Hazmat removal required) Round Building - 15,800 SF (No Hazmat removal required) Gymnasium (Maintenance) Building - 3,000 SF (No Hazmat removal required) Covered Play Structure - 3,600 SF (No Hazmat removal required) Project B - OLD BROWNS POINT ELEMENTARY SELECTIVE DEMOLITION Project B scope of this project involves the complete demolition of the approximate 8,000 SF south wing of the existing Browns Point Elementary Building and restoring the remaining wall penetration at the existing hallway. New security fence will be installed to maintain perimeter security. Existing playground equipment will also be removed. No Hazmat removal is required for this site. Contractor will coordinate with Kanway, LLC for them to complete window caulking removal on all exterior windows of the classroom wing
