Site work and renovation of a recreation facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

Roof replacement services for the Indiana State Fair Commission facilities. Contractor shall provide labor, materials and equipment to perform the work as indicated for each project as indicated: 1 ) Champion Pavilion, 2) Communications Building and 3) 4H Exhibit Hall (See Exhibit A). Contractor may bid on one or multiple projects, but each project shall be bid separately from the others. Work consists of improvements documented in the attached 1 ) Champion Pavilion Roofing Replacement Plans, 2) Communications Building Roofing Replacement Plans, 3) 4H Exhibit Hall Roofing Replacement Plans and the Project Manual, 2026 Roofing Replacement: Champions Pavilion, Communications Building and 4H Exhibit Hall Field verify all dimensions. Roof areas 1 and 2 recover- prepare existing roofing assemblies to remain per roofing manufacturer requirements including, grid cut of membrane, removal of flashings, removal of wet or deteriorated insulation (assume 10% deteriorated insulation for bidding) and other necessary associated components. Roof areas 3, 4, and 5 replacement-remove existing roofing assemblies including epdm membranes, asphalt shingles, flashings, insulation, underlayments, and associated components. Prepare substrates as required to receive new roofing. Substrates must be dry, clean, and sound prior to new vapor retarder, roofing, or underlayment installation. Notify owner/engineer of observed irregularities that may impact installation. Provide and install new tpo roofing systems, including flat and tapered insulation assemblies, and tapered edge strip Configure to promote drainage and meet warranty requirements by roofing manufacturer. Provide new asphalt shingle assemblies including specified underlayments. Configure to promote drainage and meet Warranty requirements by roofing manufacturer. Install associated roofing assembly components, including flashings, terminations, and securements, as required for Complete and functional system. Replace deteriorated wood blocking to match existing. Remove and replace perimeter edge metal systems unless noted otherwise Provide licensed mechanical, electrical, and ities as required at no additional cost to owner, in-place systems shall Subcontractors for temporary disconnection, relocation and reconnection of nof roof top equipment and utilities accommodate new insulation thickness and meet warranty requirements for flashing height by roofing manufacturer. Modify pipe penetrations via pvc and internal coupling as required to accommodate new roofing system elevations. All mechanical units and utilities must be operational and drains free flowing at the completion of the project. This includes conduits damaged by screws or other items that may damage utilities. Work to obe becompleted in accordance e with al codes and jurisdictions of authority. Do not shut off or inhibit utility local co services without notifying owner's representative in advance. Provide new equipment rails with equipment rail caps as indicated. Oordinate work around existing rooftop elements intended to remain and provide protection during construction. Remove and reinstall fixed ladder at designated location. Install roof hatch safety rails at roof hatch. Clean, prime, and coat existing gas pipe to remain and replace existing pipe supports. Existing gas pipe coating is presumed to Contain lead; implement appropriate lead-safe work practices and containment procedures. Replace existing pipe supports and add new where indicated. Space pipe supports 8-feet on center. Replace deteriorated drains, strainers, and clamping rings in kind. Replace plastic drain strainers with cast iron. Add (2) new cast-iron roof drains at locations indicated and insulated drain lines that tie-in to nearest drop.
