Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. In general, the work consists of: the construction of approximately 5,500 square foot new pre-engineered steel structure. This building will be located outside of the secure perimeter of the institution. The space will include a large storage area and loading dock.
