Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Sylvester, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Facility renovations and modifications for Worth County Middle School using the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) delivery method. Question Deadline 10/02/2026 Please direct all questions regarding this RFP to; Travis Petitjean with Altman + Barrett Architects and Nehemiah Cummings with the Worth County School District., tpetitjean@altmanbarrettarchitects.com and ncummings@worthschools.net. Interior renovations of Worth Middle School to include selective demolition and replacement of interior architectural finishes along with various mechanical , plumbing, and electrical renovations. Minor modifications will occur in some areas to include new wall construction. Exterior building and site improvements may contain roofing replacement, caulking, site grading, site utilities, and site paving. The square footage of the building is 139,754. Budget is $7,000,000. It is important to note all of the work will occur during nights, weekends, school holidays, and summer break between April 2027 through August 2027. Punch list work shall be completed prior to December 1, 2027.
