Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Geneva, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,760-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Project is anticipated to develop an existing two-story residential structure into a dedicated Family Resource Center that will provide a welcoming, accessible, and functional environment for students, families, and community members through approximately 2,760 square feet of program and support space. The renovated facility will serve as a centralized location for family support services, community outreach programs, meetings, and educational resources while maximizing the use of the existing building. Site development will include additional access routes and new parking, as well as a proposed pedestrian connection to the rest of the campus.
