Demolition and renovation of a fire / police facility in Port Ewen, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Contractor to remove existing Steel Door Frames and doors. Contractor to Install New 3- 6 (42) x 7- 0 Doors and Frames. Doors To have 1/2 Glass similar to existing doors. Glass should be safety type glass as required. Door's to have Panic Hardware and new Locks keyed to same PEFD Spec's. Doors to have Closers installed and working properly to insure closure of doors. Installation of new Saddles to be secured as required. Steel frames have to be installed into masonry to secure proper installation. Any Block or Brick removed to be re installed all masonry to be completed installing and finishing to look back to normal , disturbed masonry to be primed. If removal of brick ,brick should be installed back like pre existing. Removal of existing entrance steel doors and frames and installation of new doors and frames.
