1) Contractor to supply and install 1- ball valve on each of the two existing supply and return hydronic heating system lines in 143 suites. 2) Contractor to supply and install 8 additional ball valves on 10th floor hallway ceiling area heating and return lines. 3) Contractor to supply and install 10 additional ball valves in the 1st floor hallway ceiling area heating and return lines. 4) Contractor to ensure all valves are operational with boiler system and leak free. 5) Contractor to warranty all parts and labour for 1 year.
