The project includes adding a few exterior windows, revising the main entry doors, adding 4 restrooms and renovating the interior. The existing warehouse will be renovated into an assembly space. The existing mechanical system will have minor revisions. The associated plumbing and electrical work is part of this scope as well. There is no civil , structural or landscape design in this scope.
