Question Deadline 10/02/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Invitation to Bid are to be submitted to the County through Online. Questions submitted less than 10 days prior to the deadline for receipt of bids may not be answered. The work includes Removal and demolition of the existing play/spray features and associated footers/concrete, as required. Construction of new or reworked footers to support the replacement play/spray equipment. Installation of new aquatic play/spray features as specified in plans. Installation and connection of the new feature pump and variable frequency drive (VFD). Modifications and/or connections to existing pool piping systems. Completion of all associated electrical work, control integration, bonding, and grounding. Localized pool finish/plaster repairs required due to construction activities. Protection of existing pool systems, pool shell, deck areas, and adjacent facilities throughout the duration of the work. Obtain all labor, supervision , materials, equipment, delivery, demolition, construction, installation, testing, and related services necessary to remove and replace the existing activity-pool spray/play feature. All material and equipment furnished and all work performed shall be in strict accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents pertaining thereto. Removal and replacement of the existing activity-pool spray/play feature, including demolition, construction, installation, and testing. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond.
