The City of Victoria invites tenders for: A Contractor to design, supply and install a geopolymer to structurally rehabilitate existing sanitary and storm drain manholes. The geopolymer liner shall be spin cast or hand sprayed to various manholes’ surfaces including brick, concrete, and various other compatible materials.
