The Work under this contract shall consist of double chip sealing, culvert replacement, patchwork and all incidental ilems necessary to complete the work. The Town of Wescott reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive any irregularities in bidding, or to accept any bid that it deems most advantageous to the Town.
