Shawano County Human Services Campus Metal Roof Repairs of the C, D, E Buildings W7327 Anderson Ave. Specifications to include in bid proposal for all buildings: • Replace all types of roof fasteners with new • Replace all boots around vent pipes with new • Replace with a new bigger-wider ridge cap • Repair-straighten and seal all vertical and horizontal seams of roof sheeting and trim • (D building) fill in-between ridges of standing seam to seal underneath ridge cap • Repair all fastener misses from previous installment. • Contractor is responsible to pay and obtain all permits concerning the project. • Contractor is responsible for all measurements, calculations, tools, materials and cleanup. • Contractor is required to provide proof of insurance and liability in their bid. Interested bidders are required to contact the designated representative to obtain additional information, specifications, and to arrange a tour of the work site. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked Human Services CDE Roof Repairs and shall be submitted to the Shawano County Clerk at the designated address. Emailed bids will not be accepted. Shawano County reserves the right to select or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bidding process and to select the bid deemed most advantageous to Shawano County in its sole discretion.
