Reference Number 0000437104 Question Deadline 09/30/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Project Description The Town of Eagle is soliciting proposals from qualified sign fabrication and installation contractors to complete Phase 1 of the Town's adopted Wayfinding Study & Implementation Plan . This is an implementation project. The Town is not seeking a new wayfinding study or a redesign of the adopted sign system. The Plan established a coordinated sign family, identified priority locations, and provided a phased strategy for improving navigation and access to Eagle's key destinations. The work combines three sign packages: (1) vehicular directional signs; (2) e-bike regulatory and educational signs; and (3) open space trail hub signs. The selected contractor will provide the project coordination, design refinement and shop drawings, fabrication, delivery, installation, and closeout services necessary to complete the work. Specific sign types, quantities, locations, and design references will be included in the appendices and bid schedule. .
