The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following, for a complete and working project. 1. General work includes: Cutting and Patching, Selective Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Steel Structure and Metal Fabrications, Casework, Roofing, Insulation, Curtainwall and Glazing, Doors and Hardware, Interior Finishes, Elevators and Escalator, Signage & Wayfinding, and other work as indicated. 2. Civil work including paving, grading, utilities, and other work as indicated. 3. Mechanical work includes: HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and other work as shown. 4. Electrical work includes: Electrical Demolition, Panels, Conduit, Wire and Cable, Boxes, Wiring Devices, Lighting, Low-Volage and Technology, Supporting Devices, and other work as indicated. Construction of a 110,000 SF building expansion including general construction, selective demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, casework, roofing, curtainwall, glazing, doors, finishes, elevators, escalators, signage, civil work, utilities, paving, grading, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical work.
