Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to: Provide all labor, equipment and materials for the structural assessment and design repairs of the MIA Skyride including: installing new top flange plates in selected steel girders; removing existing stubs and replacing with new HSS stubs at selected locations; installing storm water drain pipes up to existing roof storm drains; tightening loose bolts in the connections shown in the plans; removing and installing new metal AHU platform at Sector 4 (Hotel); removing rust from steel elements at locations shown in the plans; removing and installing new steel deck with concrete topping at selected locations in the Skyride MEP rooms; removing damaged fireproofing and installing new fireproofing; and installing fireproofing at locations where there is no fireproofing.
