Site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to: Provide all labor, equipment and materials for the structural assessment and design repairs of the MIA Skyride including: installing new top flange plates in selected steel girders; removing existing stubs and replacing with new HSS stubs at selected locations; installing storm water drain pipes up to existing roof storm drains; tightening loose bolts in the connections shown in the plans; removing and installing new metal AHU platform at Sector 4 (Hotel); removing rust from steel elements at locations shown in the plans; removing and installing new steel deck with concrete topping at selected locations in the Skyride MEP rooms; removing damaged fireproofing and installing new fireproofing; and installing fireproofing at locations where there is no fireproofing. The deadline to submit RFIs is no later than five (5) working days before the bid opening date and time specified on the RPQ and Invitation to Bid
