Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of this project is to provide all necessary labor and materials to excavate an area in the parking lot and cap off the leaking branch of the water supply line to the Annex Building. We also require to reconnect the water supply line inside the Mechanical Room to the pipe supply for the Annex. We also require the vendor to supply and install 4 bottle filling drinking fountains in four locations around the campus. Additionally, we require a 1-1/2 electrical conduit installed from the gate equipment to the back side of the workshop building. Tasks Supply all materials and services needed to complete the following tasks Question Deadline 09/18/2026 Offerors Must Submit All Questions Concerning This Solicitation In Writing Via Email To Amy.gilliland@noaa.gov. Questions Should Be Received No Later Than 5 Days Of The Posting Date. Repair of the Miami Gate and Annex water lines.
