Site work for a municipal facility in Canmore, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town of Canmore is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to select a Contractor to complete FireSmart landscaping and site improvements surrounding the Town’s utility facilities. The work will include clearing organic material, removing and managing vegetation, installing landscape fabric and crushed stone, removing existing wooden fencing and installing chain link fencing and repairing existing chain link fencing, as identified in the specifications and site requirements. PROJECT SITE There is a total of six, (6), different sites all within Canmore Alberta. The individual addresses are as follows below. See Appendix A for more detail. 240 Benchlands Trail Pump House 4 (PH4) 1251 Palliser Trail Lift Station 7 (LS7) 938 17th Street Lift Station 5 (LS5) 602 4th Street Lift Station 1 (LS1) 10 Van Horne Lift Station 8 (LS8) 100 Crossbow Lane Lift Station 10 (LS10) Question Deadline 09/25/2026 at 4:30 PM MT Access inside the gated facilities at PH4 and LS10 will be provided on September 22nd at 10:30 AM for interested proponents to walk inside the fenced areas, take measurements, review the existing fencing and site conditions, and confirm the scope of Work. All other sites are publicly accessible without the need for an escort.
