Site work and new construction of a civil project in Emporia, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Question Deadline 10/14/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the bid due date. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda. This project includes the construction of a 1- million-gallon composite elevated water storage tank with water booster pumping station in the base, piping, foundation, site work, and other associated appurtenances. To connect the tank to the existing Greensville County Water & Sewer Authority system, the project includes the construction of approximately 835 LF of 16" waterline and associated appurtenances, including two jack and bore installations totaling approximately 300 LF. The project also includes the following waterline connections to the future MAMAC system: northern connection of approximately 125 LF of 12" waterline and eastern connection of approximately 175 LF of 12" waterline.
