Provide equipment and one operator, plus laborer and/or material to perform site work services. The Contractor shall furnish, and deliver as required, all necessary labor, materials, equipment and transportation to provide equipment and one operator, plus laborer and/or material (if applicable) to perform Contracted Services for Site Work County Wide. Projects may vary depending on existing conditions thus a project specific Scope of Work shall be provided by School Board Representative(s) before project start. All work shall comply with State and Local Permitting, Florida Statutes, State Requirement for Educational Facilities (SREF) and the Florida Building Code. Project Scope of Work may consist of but are not limited to: DEMOLITION - Tearing down of existing structures, which may also include portable classrooms. As applicable, all existing utilities will be disconnection, capped and inspected before structural removal begins. Demolition debris management must be handled according to FDEP guidelines and transported to disposal facilities. GROUND WORK - Site Clearance, removing trees, stumps, vegetation, topsoil and old structures. Ground work shall consist of spreading clean fill dirt, lime rock including rough/fine grading. ditch digging, ditch grading, irrigation , landscaping which may include seed, mulch, millings and/or sod and or signage. Clearing, Trash/Debris Removal, Excavation/Earthwork to include digging out dirt for foundation footprints, trenches. UTILITY WORK - Installing underground or outdoor conduit lines for water, gas, electricity, storm drains, sewer pipes and septic systems. Installing underground cast in or precast concrete. Repair and Replacement of Fire Hydrants, Buried Stormwater, Potable Water and Sewer Piping. CONCRETE WORK - Concrete work shall consist of Ditches & Slopes, Driveways & Sidewalks, and Curbing. Framework, pouring and placing cement, in framework. Foundations, footings or other structural bases as outlines in the project scope of work. Concrete supplier's load ticket with the type and strength of mix used shall be submitted with project invoices. Concrete work as described above may not include concrete flatwork that is not related directly to the overall site project. Concrete flatwork needed for separate standalone projects including the installation or repair of sidewalks slabs, pads or curbing may be sourced outside of the Scope of Services in this bid if it is in the best interest of the District. ASPHALT WORK - Asphalt work shall consist grading earth so water drains away from paved surface. Sub-base and base installation for asphalt foundation. Compacting foundation in preparation of asphalt pouring and smoothing. MOBILIZATION - Equipment mobilization fees shall apply to Items 1-9 Section A (Page 16) or when deemed applicable by the School Board Representative(s). The Contractor(s) shall not receive more than one mobilization fee if the Contractor moves off the site prior to work being completed. When two or more pieces of equipment are mobilized on a single low boy, the Contractor shall be entitled to the mobilization fee of the higher cost equipment only
