The project involves the construction of a new, three-storey post-disaster facility with an approximate total floor area of 25,000 square feet. The building is designed to support emergency response operations and will feature four fully equipped apparatus bays, along with a range of functional and support spaces. These include administrative offices, training classrooms, and comfortable living quarters for personnel. In addition, the facility will incorporate a commercial kitchen, washrooms with shower facilities, a dedicated workshop area, and a cleaning and maintenance zone. Specialized features such as a hose drying tower, storage areas, and various utility rooms are also included to support operational efficiency. The development will be supported by a durable, heavy-duty on-site parking facility designed to accommodate both staff vehicles and emergency response units.
