Replacement and installation of the countys electronic access control system. Cass County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received The project will include the replacement of the existing access control system and the installation, configuration, provisioning, and testing of 157 access-controlled doors throughout County facilities. Of the 157 controlled doors, 27 are new installations associated with an ongoing County construction project. The remaining 130 doors are existing controlled openings that will be transitioned to the new access control system. The County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a complete, operational access control solution, including all necessary equipment, hardware, materials, installation, and cabling where required, programming, configuration, testing, documentation, and training. Installation of access control equipment for 27 new controlled doors. Connection and configuration of all doors to the access control platform.
