Contractor agrees to provide janitorial services five (5) days per week at the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Quincy Area office. Contractor agrees to provide all transportation, personnel, labor, materials, equipment (including, but not limited to brooms, buffers, and mops), operating expenses, annual inflation cost/rate adjustments, profit margin, and all other equipment required to perform all work as described in this Agreement. CHP will supply all cleaning supplies, such as but not limited to, cleaning/chemical agents, all paper products, trash liners, consumables, etc. Question Deadline 10/01/2026 at 11:00 AM PT Bidders shall submit questions via email to Janine Kimzey at Janine.Kimzey@chp.ca.gov .
