Scope of Work: This project consists of replacing approximately 500 feet of combined main sewer on Myron Avenue between East 71 Street and East 74 Street. o The contractor is required to submit as-built plans and a video copy of the new sewers at the completion of the project. o The contractor is required to obtain a street opening permit prior to the sewer excavation. o Medium Set (MS) Concrete is to be used for Pavement Restoration under Item 400.
