The Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission ("Commission") has issued a Request for Letters of Interest to select a qualified consultant for professional engineering services (Phase ISite Inspection/Engineering Report/Design/Plan Preparation; Phase II- Engineering Support During Construction) for the following: Bridge Rehabilitation Project No. 71-26-09 Bridge Deck and Superstructure Replacement of Lauber Hill-Ritter Road (CR 21) Over Ohio Turnpike at Milepost 28.3; Bridge Deck and Superstructure Replacement of Eckley-Powers Road (CR 20) Over Ohio Turnpike at Milepost 29.3; Bridge Deck and Superstructure Replacement of Pettisville-Morenci Road (CR 19) Over Ohio Turnpike at Milepost 30.3; Culvert Repair of Bush Creek Two Cell Box Culvert under Ohio Turnpike at Milepost 31.1; Fulton County, Ohio Question Deadline 09/22/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Any inquiries or requests for copies of the Request for Letters of Interest must be submitted to purchasing@ohioturnpike.org The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
