This project includes installation of a gravity sanitary sewer with a trenchless crossing beneath SR-85 (Mountain View Corridor) within UDOT Region 2 right-of-way. It is the responsibility of the contractor to secure staging and access within the Suburban Land Reserve Property. Initial conversations have been initiated with Suburban Land Reserve, access will be allowable pending negotiations. Bid Item 34 was included to cover potential costs associated with securing temporary access.
